Privacy & Prototype Notice

This notice describes the public TeamEndorse website and interactive prototype as they work today. It is not a privacy notice for a production service.
What this prototype is
The website and demo are a front-end prototype. There is no account sign-up, login, customer database, production authentication, payment processing, transactional email delivery, LinkedIn API connection or AI provider connected to the demo.
Data used in the demo
The named people, source material, drafts and analytics shown in the demo are sample data. Text you edit is held only in the page’s in-memory state for the current browser session and is not sent to a TeamEndorse database. Refreshing or leaving the demo may reset it.
Cookies, analytics and hosting
TeamEndorse has not added tracking pixels, non-essential analytics or non-essential cookies to this prototype. The hosting provider may process standard request and security logs under its own infrastructure terms.
LinkedIn hand-off
“Copy & Open LinkedIn” asks your browser to copy the draft to the clipboard and opens LinkedIn in a new tab. TeamEndorse does not publish the post, receive your LinkedIn password, or read private LinkedIn messages, contacts or browsing history. Your use of LinkedIn is governed by LinkedIn’s own terms and privacy notice.
Contact by email
For general questions, email hello@teamendorse.com. For privacy questions or suspicious messages, email privacy@teamendorse.com. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards incoming messages to a designated Gmail mailbox so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered. During the prototype stage, a reply may come from that designated Gmail address. Do not send confidential, privileged, sensitive-category or production data by email.
Phishing and impersonation protection
The official website is www.teamendorse.com. TeamEndorse will not ask you by email or through this prototype to disclose a password, LinkedIn credential, one-time verification code, payment-card number or cryptocurrency wallet key; install software or a browser extension; grant remote access to a device; or bypass an account security warning. Verify the website address before following a link, do not open unexpected attachments, and report suspicious messages to privacy@teamendorse.com. Security researchers and automated tools can verify this contact through our standard security.txt file.
Before a production launch
A production service will require a separate, formal privacy notice and validated decisions covering lawful bases, controller and processor roles, data-processing terms, subprocessors, international transfers, security controls, retention, data-subject requests and any cookie or analytics consent requirements. This prototype notice does not replace those materials or an enterprise agreement.
